Please indicate the date of arrival and departure. If you do not need the dinner on July 17, write "July 17 none" in the "Arrival" column. The dinner on July 17 is a welcome party. On July 21 after the morning session, you have two options: depart without lunch (July 17 B) and depart after lunch (July 17 L). We will operate two bus services. If you do not need the bus service, indicate "N" in the "July 21 Bus" column.

There are "student" regitration.

There are three room types. Please indicate your preference.

1 Single, twin, or deluxe twin rooms with semi double beds.
2 Economy twin rooms with single beds. Indicate with whom you would like to share the room.
3 Student price, shared with 4-6 people. Indicate with whom you would like to share the room.
(Otherwise, please calculate the room fee according to the regular room fee.)
