授業の目的・内容

The aim of this course is to stimulate interest in English and for students to develop their speaking, listening and reading skills. It is organized round articles from the Internet, the printed news media, videos and DVDs, as well as topics selected by class members for presentation and discussion.

This outline might be changed according to student levels and interests.

授業方法

Presentation will be through short lectures, videos, information gap activities, discussions, readings, CDs and tapes. After the presentation, students will talk together in small rotating groups of two, three and four.

成績評価の方法

Students will be assessed as follows. Attendance 20%, participation in class activities and quizzes 55%, presentations 25%.
