The aim of this course is to improve students English communication skills. During the course students will be exposed to a number of communication strategies which they will analyse, compare, and ultimately put into practice. As well as learning English, the class will increase students' awareness of communication in a general sense, and encourage them to take a fresh look at their strategies in their mother tongue as well as in a foreign language.

The schedule can be flexible depending on the level and needs of the students.

The most frequent method is that students think about a problem, compare their answers or ideas with a partner in pairs, then report back to the class. This encourages learner independence. However, the teacher's role as model for language input and practice will also be stressed.
