This class is for those students who are serious about discussing various issues in English. You should be quite confident in your English ability, but all students, who are prepared to try hard, are most welcome. Interesting topics will be covered in the lessons, there will be a lot of fun, and plenty of opportunities to speak English. You do not need a textbook in the class because materials will be given to you. Be prepared, because you must do most of the talking! Topics of social and world interest will be discussed in the lessons. At the end of the course, if you have studied hard, you will have increased your English speaking, listening and vocabulary abilities a great deal. Motto for this class: Always try your best and never give up!

Important note: The class will always start on time, so do not come late. If you miss a class, be sure to find out what work you missed especially as there could be homework to do. Please note very carefully: no textbook will be used in these lessons. Students will receive many printed handouts in the lessons for their studies. The students must buy an A4 clear file in which to neatly keep the handouts they receive. PLEASE NOTE: The pace of the lessons might mean that we do not cover all the topics mentioned in the syllabus. It depends on the level of the students.

In this class the students will have plenty of chances to speak, listen to, read and write English. Many activities will be in pairs.
Studying and building new vocabulary is very important for each lesson.

No textbook will be used in the lesson. The teacher will provide lots of self-made stimulating handouts for the students to use.

No reference books are recommended, but a wealth of information is available on the Internet.

I hope you can enjoy all the lessons. I like to have a lot of fun in the class, but of course I want you to improve your English as much as possible. Final message; NEVER GIVE UP! Remember if you are serious about improving your English you can succeed.
