―Advanced English Communication―

This is the second year oral communication course.
It is designed for students with pre-intermediate level abilities in listening and speaking. Emphasis is placed on the students to motivate themselves in the classroom. The students will be expected to participate in discussions in the classroom and give opinions on a wide variety of topics.

The actual schedule might differ depending on the students and their interests.

A communicative approach will be adopted and the language of instruction will be English.
Points to remember:1. Students will be encouraged to speak in English at all times.
2. The classes start on time and so the students will be expected to come to class and on time!
3. The students are encouraged to motivate themselves and become self-motivated learners.
4. When you come to class you are required to have a textbook, notebook, file, dictionary and a pen or pencil.

There will be quizzes and assignments all throught the year.

Students who want to take this course will have to write a one page essay and bring it to the second class. If you do not write the essay you will not be enrolled into the course.
