授業の目的・内容

This is an advanced class which will focus on developing your reading, discussion and writing skills. You will learn how to organize and write various kinds of short, 2-3 page papers, which will lead up to a short (5-page) research paper as your final writing project. Besides writing training, we will have group and class discussions on various topics relevant to you. The topics will depend on who joins the class and what you would like to do. If there is sufficient interest from the class, we will also read an advanced level graded reader or other book together. In any case, you should be prepared to participate fully in English in this class.
