授業の目的・内容

In this course, we will cover a variety of scientific issues in the textbook. The type of writing is categorized as 'expository' and to read this type of writing is the very basic to every field of study. Along with the course, some extra-curricular activities may be given.

授業方法

Lectures with occasional question/response activity, note-taking and hopefully the pair work.
Listening Quizzes and in-class writing may be given occasionally to brush up students' listening and writing skills.

成績評価の方法

第1学期 (学期末試験) :試験を実施する
第2学期 (学年末試験) :試験を実施する
Students' attendance of 2/3 in each term is the minimal condition to obtain their permission to write finals.
