授業の目的・内容

In this class, you will be able to develop your communication skills. We will rely mostly on the textbook for listening, speaking, reading and writing activities. Based on topics in the textbook, you will make two short presentations in front of the class and write blogs which your teacher and classmates will read and comment on.

The above schedule may be changed, depending on the number of students and the pace of the class. Changes will be announced in class and posted on the class website.

授業方法

We will work through the textbook, making full use of the vocabulary practice, speaking and listening activities and discussion activities. There will be regular homework for class and also blog writing homework.
In this way, you will be able to develop all four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
You must be prepared for each class, even when you have been absent.

成績評価の方法

第1学期(学期末試験):10%
第2学期(学年末試験):10%
Presentations, blogs, attendance, participation, homework :80%(Presentations (20%), blogs (30%), attendance and participation (20%), homework (10%))
