授業の目的・内容

This course will help students to improve their ability to communicate in English. Students will increase their confidence in English by listening to personal stories, and recognizing and discussing different viewpoints on important topics. Students will also choose and prepare short presentation¥ on a wide variety of topics. Students will focus in particular on developing and explaining their own opinions and ideas.

授業方法

In this class, you will work in pairs, small groups and individually. You will talk a lot! We will follow closely the themes in the textbook, but you will create the content of short presentations according to your own interests. You will have many opportunities to improve your conversation, debate and discussion skills in English. Please come to class ready to talk a lot with classmates, and participate actively and positively.
