授業概要

Students will be given weekly quizzes based on an array of readings from the textbook. They will also be given an opportunity to discuss topics in groups. Finally they will be required to write two essays.

到達目標

The goals of this course are to expand vocabulary learning skills as well as practice writing 2 500 - 600 word English essays. Students should expect to learn at least 100 to 200 new vocabulary items as well as developing fluency in writing simple sentences. For the two essays, students will be expected to able to understand basic essay writing tools.
