授業概要

The purpose of this course is to improve students' fluency and confidence when speaking English. Students will
work on a variety of different tasks and activities designed to help them experiment with using English they already know as well as practise recently/newly learned language. Grammar and vocabulary will be reviewed in communicative situations through roleplays, simulations and discussions.

By the end of this course you will be:
 
1. more confident speaking English in a variety of situations.
2. able to survive and function in an English speaking context (eg: on holiday).
3. able to read graded material fluently.

授業方法

The class will involve lots of group and pair work. There will also be time for students to work individually on language areas that they want to. There will be some formal language input sessions.

Students will be expected to review work done in previous classes and complete homework assignments well and on time.
