授業方法

1. This is a communication class and involves active-learning methods so students are expected to participate in pair- and group-work activities
 
2. Use of graded readers for extensive reading and listening of content which introduces topics to write about as preparation for discussion-based activities

準備学習

Homework will involve readings and exercises for class review or preparation (approx. 15 - 30 mins)

成績評価の方法

レポート:25%(Two written assignments (one per term) - not optional)
小テスト:25%(Based on homework (see Class Preparation above))
平常点(クラス参加、グループ作業の成果等):50%(Positive attitude and active participation required in class)
