授業概要

To develop academic and social skills, students will work through successive cycles of preparation and practice on a given topic, culminating in either a discussion, an essay, poster or power point presentation.

1 Introduction - In this class we will go through the grading policies. Goals of the Course  
2 First Impressions  
Who, How and why 
 
 
Assignment- Prepare a poster of your future and talk 3 minutes 
The poster size will be 4 x A 3  
 
Poster presentation 
Presentation Skills - Structure of a Presentation 
Introduction / Main Body / Conclusion  
 
Ideas for good posters 
Color, font type, Font Size etc 
3 My Future - students prepare poster presentations on jobs they would like to do in the future and where they would like to be in ten years.  
Presentation Skills - Talking about Introduction.

in these presentations we only have three main points.
4 Poster presentation Day  
The students will present their poster to  
groups of four students at least four times.  
 
5 Assignment Tokyo Video Project 
Make a tourist video of any place in Tokyo
that 
would be of interest to a foreigner coming to Tokyo. 
 
Discussion - What would be interesting to foreigners in Tokyo 
 
Homework - Where will be a good place to take a video. 
 
 
Tokyo - Project Introduction (video editing))  
 
Go through the steps of how to make a video in class.
